These terms apply only to the free edition of MotionBuilder Live Sync For Unity (the "Software"). The Unlimited edition is governed by separate terms provided by its seller.
Review these terms before installing or using the Software. Install or use the Software only if you agree to these terms.
1. License Grant
This license grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software within the scope set out in these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the Software or any intellectual property rights to users.
2. Permitted Use
Individuals may use the Software only for non-commercial purposes to check how it operates and whether it is compatible with their own environment. Companies and other organizations may not use it, and individuals may not use it as part of the work of a company or other organization. Using the Software for content creation, business, client projects, creating deliverables, sales, advertising, or promotion rather than checking its operation is prohibited, whether or not payment is received. Outputs created using the Software may not be used for commercial purposes.
3. Restrictions
You must not do the following, except where permitted by law or separately authorized by the developer:
- Use the Software for any purpose other than checking its operation, for a company or other organization, or for commercial purposes.
- Sell, rent, sublicense, transfer, or redistribute the Software or its accompanying materials to a third party.
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
4. Ownership
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Software and its accompanying materials belong to their respective rights holders. No rights other than those expressly granted by these terms are transferred to users.
5. Warranty and Liability
The Software is provided as is. The developer does not warrant fitness for a particular purpose or continued provision of the Software. The developer assumes no liability whatsoever for damages incurred by users or other third parties arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software, including hardware failure, data corruption or loss, and other direct or indirect damages.
6. Termination
The developer may terminate your license to the Software if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Software at any time. When the license ends, stop using the Software and delete any copies you hold.
