MotionBuilder Live Sync For Unity Free Edition License Terms These terms apply only to the free edition of MotionBuilder Live Sync For Unity (the "Software"). The Unlimited edition is governed by separate terms provided by its seller. Review these terms before installing or using the Software. Install or use the Software only if you agree to these terms. 1. License Grant This license grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software within the scope set out in these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the Software or any intellectual property rights to users. 2. Permitted Use Individuals may use the Software only for non-commercial purposes to check how it operates and whether it is compatible with their own environment. Companies and other organizations may not use it, and individuals may not use it as part of the work of a company or other organization. Termination The developer may terminate your license to the Software if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Software at any time. When the license ends, stop using the Software and delete any copies you hold.
